your electronic working holiday (subclass 417) visa application and your
request for a refund of the visa application charge lodged via the
department of immigration and citizenship website.

this is to advise you that your electronic working holiday visa application
was withdrawn on 3 september

your request for refund has been sent to the revenue management unit for
consideration. please note the revenue management unit, is currently
experiencing delays of 4 - 8 weeks in assessing refund requests. once the
request has been processed you will be advised accordingly.

you will still be required to a pay a visa application charge if you decide
to lodge another application for a working holiday visa at a later stage.
