I refer to your application for a 2nd Working Holiday Maker (Subclass
417)
recently lodged with this office.

It has been assessed that your application is invalid for the purposes
of
Section 46 of the Migration Act 1958.

Your application does not meet the following requirement of the
Schedule 1
criteria:

The amount of $185 has not been included with your application form.As your application is invalid, under Section s47(3), it cannot be
considered for the grant of a visa. However, you are entitled to
re-submit
the application.

Before resubmitting your application, however, you will need to
consider
and respond to the following.

The areas in which you have conducted seasonal harvest work do not fit
within the definition of regional Australia for the purpose of applying
for
a 2nd working holiday visa. Accordingly, please respond to this email
advising:

how you found out about the employment with Wiseman Nursery, Warrren
Park Nurseries and the tomato farm;
the address and postcode of the tomato farm on which you worked
during
the period of your 1st working holiday visa.

Upon receipt of the requested information, you will be provided with
further advice regarding your intended 2nd working holiday visa
application.
